About your teacher: Alexandra Levine has been practicing yoga and meditation for over 10 years. She specializes in teaching beginners, students in bigger bodies, and students processing trauma. She regularly volunteers her time teaching military veterans with PTSD and believes yoga can help any body, no matter their flexibility, age, or size! All are welcome to her classes, and Alexandra looks forward to introducing new students to the magical effects of a personalized and profound yoga experience.
