Join Chasen in a relaxing and replenishing yoga practice intended for all people, all ages, and all levels! Bring with you an intention of peace and leave with a feeling of relief. This practice works each unique person through their body and their breath. The class involves longer held postures that relieve the body by reaching deep into the connective tissue paired with breath work, allowing for a calmer and quieter mind.
