Vinyasa Flow: This is a mixed-levels class focusing on pairing breath with body movement, incorporating mindfulness meditation techniques and creative tricks to help bring participants into the present moment. Classes aim to increase flexibility, strength, and balance for the whole body. On occasion, (optional) essential oils may be offered to deepen the experience. All ages and body types are welcome! Great for beginners, too.
