Enhance Strength & Conditioning combines numerous weightlifting and callisthenic training methods designed to meet the fitness goals of each participant. Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist & Personal Trainer Brian Proctor instructs the workouts, which are offered as group or private training.

Brian trains all ages and all fitness levels, including adults who need to get active or aspiring youth athletes. Gaining muscle, weight loss and performance in competitive sports are common areas Brian helps his clients with.

All sessions begin with a proper dynamic warmup, and progress into resistance  and cardiovascular training. Weights, bands, medicine balls and body weight training methods will be used, along with other fitness tools.

The emphasis of the training sessions is to have fun while still training hard. Participants are encouraged to bring their own music, as well as their own unique sense of humor to the studio.

Every fitness level is welcome and for those with lingering injuries, there’s always a way to modify an exercise. The intensity level of the sessions depends on the ability level of those participating.

Individual: $45 per session 

Two people: $30 per person, per session

Three or more people: $25 per person, per session
