What is POP Pilates?
POP Pilates is a pre-choreographed class format that offers an intense total body workout that is FUN and effective. Through the combination of total body Pilates exercises dance choreography and the upbeat energy of pop music students will be challenged to flow from one exercise to the next, developing a rock solid core, while leaving NO muscle untouched. Every exercise can be modified to fit the needs of the class participants. Students leave feeling sweaty, strong and ready to take on MORE.

About the instructor:
Lila completed her POP Pilates certification in October, 2016 because she was inspired by the balance of a high energy workout with an emphasis on muscle engagement, alignment, and moving with the breath.
Lila’s foundation is in yoga, which she has been practicing for over 15 years and completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training in March 2016. Yoga training helped strengthen her abilities to instruct alignment, muscle engagement, moving with the breath, offering appropriate cues and encouraging modifications.
