Zumba!

Zumba with Rose! Wednesdays at 5:30 PM, studio B

Zumba is a dance fitness class built on Latin rhythms and movements, and it was designed to be so much fun that you forget you’re exercising! Every teacher and student brings their own unique flair to Zumba. It is high-energy and uses movements that can be modified for every fitness level. Even if you’ve never danced before, you can nail these moves! 

About the instructor:

“I’ve been dancing since I was four years old, and when I discovered Zumba I immediately fell in love! It’s the easiest way I’ve ever found to get a great cardio and muscle-building workout, because the fun atmosphere and music and the engaging movements make it a treat rather than a chore. I have been teaching since mid-2016, and feel so lucky to get to have this much fun with my students. My classes include original choreography as well as moves thought up by the amazing Zumba team, featuring a blend of Latin dance and movements borrowed from other styles, like hip-hop, modern dance, and belly dance. 

My goal is to create a fun, comfortable, sweat-inducing dance experience for people of every age, gender, fitness level, and dance background. I hope you will come dance with us very soon!”

$32 for four classes 

Please bring indoor-only non-marking sport shoes (that are not worn outside!), or feel free to dance barefoot!
