Zahia Izzah has been pursuing her love of mainstream Middle Eastern dance since her first class in 1999. Since then she’s studied with local, national and international teachers. She performs around the Pacific Northwest and is known for her entertaining and sassy Egyptian style. She spent time studying and performing with the Shami Mir Dance Ensemble and An Nour Dance Ensemble before branching out on her own to teach.
Zahia offers a variety of different class levels, so check back often to see what’s on the schedule! She also works with her own small performance troupe called Wild Lotus Bellydance. They can be seen often, dancing at MEDGE events (www.medge.org).
