Robin Bryant, Ashland teacher, choreographer/director
of HeartDanceCompany, has taught modern technique
and dance improvisation as a healing and expressive art
for over 45 years.
Early on, she developed her own way of teaching
improvisation, drawing forth ones own unique way
of moving with heart, depth, ease, and joy! Her
training in modern includes the techniques of Martha
Graham, Jose Limon, and ten years with Gloria
Newman (NYC) From each, she developed as a dancer,
went on to create her own method of technique and
improvisation and has directed and choreographed
for three of her companies.
From California, her career expanded throughout
the US, and into Canada, Africa, and France. Robin
is a deeply experienced teacher. She loves her craft
and the privilege of assisting others in liberating ones
own unique movement.
