Cara started 40+Dance in 2009 as a way for people to keep dancing who didn’t feel comfortable walking into a studio of young adults.  40+Dance is a venue for dancers to keep working on technique and choreography in a supportive environment with a variety of styles.  Cara and Felicia Sanders organize and teach along with other instructors.  40+Dance happens the 2nd & 4th Saturday of every month, 10:30am-12pm, in studio A.

Cara and Anne Cooper worked together years ago for Anne’s exercise business BodySculpture, and Cara is very excited to be teaching with Anne again.  MOVEit is a fitness class that they have created together with emphasis on intentional movement, body awareness, building strength, and of course, having FUN! MOVEit fitness class takes place on Fridays from 5-6pm at Celebration Studio.
