Release. She first discovered Nia in 2004 and it was love at first dance!
Dael is trained in the John Barnes approach to Myofascial Release
(www.eugenemyofascialrelease.com) and enjoys the way Nia and Myofascial
Release complement and support each other on the journey of optimum health
Dael received her white belt training with Debbie Rosas, Nia co-creator in the
summer of 2013 and began teaching Nia soon afterward. In 2014 she completed
the Blue Belt training and took a break from teaching to focus on learning new
routines and bringing a fresh perspective to her teaching. She is so happy to be
returning to teaching Nia at Celebration Belly Dance and Yoga
Dael has been a student of modern dance and martial arts, including Aikido, T’ai
Chi and Judo. She feels fortunate to have met and studied with Moshe
Feldenkrais when he first came to the United States to teach in 1975 and is glad
to be able to bring this knowledge to her Nia students as part of the “Healing
Arts” element of Nia.
