Enjoy the healing benefits of Yoga in our beautiful studio in Eugene Oregon. Yoga Mats & blankets are available to loan, or you can bring your own mat. Wear stretchy comfortable clothes that allow freedom of movement, and bring a water bottle.

Yoga offerings in our B SIDE studio:

Mondays 5:30-6:30pm Vinyasa Flow with Alex

Vinyasa Flow, Mondays 5:30-6:30pm, B side with Alex: This is a mixed-levels class focusing on pairing breath with body movement, incorporating mindfulness meditation techniques and creative tricks to help bring participants into the present moment. Classes aim to increase flexibility, strength, and balance for the whole body. On occasion, (optional) essential oils may be offered to deepen the experience. All ages and body types are welcome! Restorative Yin Yoga: Tuesdays 6:30-7:30pm, B side, with Chasen:

A relaxing and replenishing yoga practice intended for all people, all ages, and all levels! Bring with you an intention of peace and leave with a feeling of relief. This practice works each unique person through their body and their breath. The class involves longer held postures that relieve the body by reaching deep into the connective tissue paired with breath work, allowing for a calmer and quieter mind.
6:30-7:30 PM in studio B, $10 a class or $35 for 4 classes

Saturdays 8:15am-9:45am, Intermediate yoga with Samantha

Intermediate level yoga Saturdays 8:15am-9:45am, B Side with Samantha. Samantha’s classes have a strong focus on breath awareness and physical alignment. She seeks to bring each practice to life by using breath and movement to dance the soul’s expression while encouraging each student to embrace their uniqueness and cultivate awareness of the greater whole that weaves into union with All that Is. Kids’ Imagination Yoga with Erika: Mondays 9:45-10:15am, ages 2-6. 

A fun story based yoga class for children, with a emphasis on calmness, kindness, relaxation and movement.  This class is for kids aged 2-6 each week we will have a new yoga adventure that  introduces developmentally appropriate kids yoga poses, kindness activities, calming techniques and concentration exercises.
